Something changed, NOW what do I do?

I’m sure this NEVER happens on your sales team…

> Refusal to Change
The salespeople who in your office, nod yes – but in their daily activity don’t make the change.

Ask yourself: how can I make changing LESS FRIGHTENING for my salespeople?

> Plan the Change
It is so much easier to do what has always been done EVEN when it’s no longer effective.

Ask yourself: can I create an easy checklist to make moving forward working happen + lend any expertise to get the change accomplished?

> Fix the Problems
With anything the first few tries aren’t perfect and in sales feel a bit uncomfortable.

Ask yourself: what problems ALWAYS seem to happen and what can you do to help your salespeople overcome them?

> Love the Change
Loving the change is tough, but little wins go a long way to having a salesperson happy with the “new way.”

Ask yourself: what can I do to make them get a little win – more quickly?

Change is hard, for yourself… in the job… with your team. Don’t forget that a part of sales leadership (perhaps a BIG part) is to make that change:
 Less frightening
 Easier to do
 Quickly fixed
 Turn into loving it
