After last week’s newsletter I received several notes on changes people were going to focus on making this month.
One in particular struck me a bit like taking a sledge hammer to an electrical box in an attempt to repair it.
Of course I had to ask a few questions:
> what is the end result you’re looking to achieve?
> why this change?
> what else have you tried to get there before?
> has something drastic worked for you in the past?
Change for the sake of change – is a waste of time.
Change to move forward toward your final destination, now that is a good use of energy.
Make sure you’re asking yourself good questions to determine it’s the right change for you.
