Do you focus on what you do best?

Great advice from an inside sales manager I know “I need to remember to focus on what I do BEST.”

In a world of ever changing priorities and directives – it is critical to fos on what YOU do BEST.

That doesn’t mean you get to ignore the things your organization believes are important (even if it is only important today).

Rather – figure out how to use your strengths and talents to achieve those objectives.

Not sure what your strengths and talents are?
1. ask the salespeople on your team what they appreciate about you.
2. ask coworkers who collaborate you what they appreciate about you.
3. ask your friends and family what they appreciate about you.

NOW FIND THE COMMONALITIES!

Of course, you can always work with a coach to figure it out as well.

Once you understand your strengths, make sure you focus on what you do BEST to accomplish your goals and your organization’s priorities simultaneously.
