Things don’t always go as planned

Like clockwork you’ve come to expect a Monday morning, 7:00 am eastern time, Inside Sales Leadership Corner blog post.

Me too.

Yet 7:00 am came and went last week without a post.

Because things don’t always go as planned.

As sales leaders, we have to know lots of things:
* what is most important – how to prioritize
* the things you have to let go, because you can’t control it
* how to pick up later, when something (like that blog post) gets missed

This morning, someone said “success is getting up, one more time – than you fall down.” It resonated with me… probably because I fell down on my blog commitment.

Now I can feel successful – I got back up.
