Are you stuck?

Of course Will Lavender wasn’t talking about sales or sales leadership. I liked the quote and think it has a lot to do with sales and sales leadership.

As you are going throughout your day, think about all the things that make you roll your eyes.

Then take a moment to ask yourself a few questions:

* are you doing something that used to work, but doesn’t anymore?
* do you have people on your team who are less interested in their own success, than you are?
* is a leadership technique you are holding onto just not effective?
* what are you doing because “you’ve always done it” without examining it’s productivity?
* does the result you expect match the result you’re getting?

Now decide if those are the things that are keeping your tires spinning. What can you do today to stop rolling your eyes and begin to get traction?
