Know your buckets for #InsideSales #Success

Sometimes we (yes I consider myself first and foremost an inside salesperson) make things more complicated than then need to be.

Today’s #InsideSales #Success activity is to identify your buckets.

Start with: writing down all the different ‘things’ you sell

THEN break them out into logical categories – going up a level if you will with individual ‘things’ placed inside the right category bucket.

ok – next is to look at which buckets you sell out of most often.

Perhaps you’ll see an entire bucket you have ignored. OR notice that some customers only buy out of a single bucket. OR something else – this isn’t about judgement, rather it is curiosity about your own sales.

Sit with what you’ve learned about yourself, the business your in, and how your customers perceive you.
