To Grow – you have to put in the effort

I know a lot of gardeners and some farmers. All of whom would tell you that growing plants takes effort.

From seed to table – doesn’t happen overnight and there are a lot of steps in between.

Some of which take skill and discernment, others might require brute force and awkwardness.

All take effort.

“working smarter” only applies if you’re already working hard.

Today ask yourself, where do I have to put in more effort to grow as an inside salesperson?
