Last week I asked, What are you passionate about? I’m curious what you discovered for yourself.

I shared my passion about skiing with you… what I didn’t share is that as an adult, my yonger brother has shifted his passion to bike racing. Yup that is him in the picture.

You can clearly see he is having fun (I love that picture).

You’ve got your passion list, NOW let’s think about your team. What are the inside salespeople on your team passionate about?

Don’t guess! Have a conversation.

Then help them tie what they are passionate about to their daily inside sales responsibilities and actions.

Coach and mentor them so they understand how to utilize their passion for inside sales success.
