VIDEO: Do I have to do this the hard way? (inspired by @aliceheiman)

I was going through paperwork on my desk recently (it had piled UP much higher than I’m comfortable with) and something I’d made note of back in the fall of 2014 fell out.

I was at a conference with the very talented Alice Heiman on LinkedIn and she said one of the questions she asks herself is “Do I have to do this the hard way?”

The note falling into my hands got me thinking about the things that inside salespeople do which make their jobs harder. THEN I remembered HEY I did a video on this I don’t even need to write a blog post (which made it easier)!
