Express Your Inside Sales Gratitude

There are inside salespeople across the country lamenting how no one is going to answer the phone….

Today, I’d like to suggest you express your gratitude to your customers and prospects.

When you reach someone’s voicemail here is what it would sound like for me:

“Hi _________, Thank you so much for (insert what you’re grateful for) it’s Lynn Hidy with UpYourTeleSales and I’d like to express my gratitude for having you as part of my business world. Happy Thanksgiving. Again _________ I’m grateful for (insert what you’re grateful for) it’s Lynn Hidy with UpYourTeleSales 3 1 5 – 7 5 1 – 0 1 4 6.”

Here is a smattering of what I’m grateful for:
> belief that my ideas are valuable
> understanding that improvement takes effort
> trust in the coaching process
> your culture of continuous learning
> willingness to change perspectives
> conviction in your team’s ability
> our shared sarcasm
> your ability to make work FUN
> the faith you put in me
> how much you care about your salespeople

Today, instead of worrying about how few people you speak with – take the time to share your gratitude.
