Quick to ask doesn’t necessarily make it easy to answer!
Let’s start with some warm up questions:
1. how would you define inspiration?
> here is what Merriam Webster has to say; something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create : a force or influence that inspires someone. A person, place, experience, etc., that makes someone want to do or create something. A good idea
2. What inspires you?
> If you aren’t being inspired than the chances of being inspiring are LOW. Make sure you can articulate what YOU find inspiring.
3. What excites you every… single… time… it happens at work?
> Being excited by your job is the twin sister of inspiration. Work to fill your day with things that bring out your enthusiasm.
Now that the warm up is over, let’s try this again – are you inspiring?
As an inside sales leader it is critical for your team’s success for you to be inspiring.
Inspire them to want to do the “hard stuff.”
Inspire them to be the best they can be.
Inspire their way to success!
