Will happiness bring you inside sales success?

Yesterday’s #LYNNSIGHT was rich = a life full of whatever makes you happy!

Then I started thinking about WHAT does that have to do with inside sales anyway?

Here are the three things I came up with:

#1 – Inside Sales takes emotional energy.
> Living a rich life full of whatever makes you happy, gives you a larger reserve of emotional energy to use!

#2 – Money isn’t an insides sales success motivator.
> All the things that money allows YOU to do is the motivation for your success. Knowing what makes you happy will motivate you to work hard so you have those things!

#3 – Positivity leads to better conversations.
> Often thinking that a good result will happen, brings them about. This doesn’t mean you have to be OUT there, even a quite calm assurance will get you further in a conversation than fear, anxiety, or grumpy.
