Inside Sales Sincerity

On Monday I mentioned in the Inside Sales Leadership Corner that a sales leader I respect mentioned she only listens to voicemail messages when the salesperson sounds sincere.

dreamstimefree_272818I have been thinking about sincerity as it relates to inside sales ever since.

Perhaps sincerity is the wind that pulls both the salesperson through sales cycle AND the prospect up their buying process.

Make your sales success kite soar with sincerity.

> the sincerity needs to be strong enough to carry both the salesperson and prospect along to do business together.
> trust is string that ties the person to the kite pulling them along, it has to be strong.
> without an honest wind the salesperson and prospect will not end up at the same destination.
> unless the message is wholehearted, one person will fall off their surfboard and get soaked.

If a salesperson isn’t sincere FIRST about having the prospect benefiting from the business they do together, nothing else will matter.

Prospects do business where it is in their best interest, be sincere in wanting that to happen and sales success will soar!
