Is balance the right goal?

Balancing
> meetings vs. management by wandering around
> forecast time vs. skill building sessions
> coaching vs. deal strategy

I will not go into work vs. personal!

I wonder, if balance isn’t the right goal?

This week ponder if you were to prioritize instead of balance.
> In the moment decided if RIGHT NOW a meeting is a priority above or below management by wandering around?
> Is it more urgent to work on the forecast numbers or work with a salesperson (or people) to improve their skills?
> would it be higher on your list to work on deal strategy or coach?

There will never be enough time to get everything done. This week prioritize instead of trying to balance and see what you can accomplish!
