Craft – Draft – Create – Write

What is your story? How did you end up where you are – right now – in leadership? Why do you want to be here? Where do you want to go?

Sometimes in the day to day hustle of activity, there doesn’t seem to be any time to answer those questions.

For ourselves – or for the people on our team.

This week carve out 15 minutes each day to make sure you are deliberately writing your story.

Everyday your leadership story is crafted through the; actions that are taken, attitudes that are held, and beliefs that are instilled.

You are writing your own story every day. Make sure it is one you want to live inside.

It is time to decide to create your story, understand why what you are doing matters to YOU, and make sure you make a difference.

Take all those thoughts you have swirling around in your head and write down your story. It doesn’t have to be long, it isn’t going to be published as a book (unless you want it to be), but it is important that you can articulate your sales leadership story.
