Giving Thanks

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the US and I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who stops by and reads the blog and subscribes to A Chip off the Block newsletter.

Our virtual conversations and the inspiration our actual conversations provide are what makes fun.

On Monday I posted a list in the Inside Sales Leadership Corner edition Are you thankful for your team? for leaders, but I’ve since figured out that list could certainly be about our prospects and customers too.

Today, I’m going to challenge you to make 30 thank you calls:
10 – to your BEST customers
10 – to your FAVORITE customers
10 – to your MOST CHALLENGING customers

Personalize your thank you – telling them the specific things you like about working together.

Allow yourself to give thanks for the people you do business with. That’s it, a thank you call without any other motive (it’s getting crazy I know).
