Time, time, time; it’s all about time

time – we all have the same 1,440 minutes each day and 168 hours every week.

time – most people don’t feel that they have enough of it.

time – everyone wastes more than they think.

it’s all about time – it is one of the two things you can control in sales (the second is your attitude).

Beware of reports, emails instead of conversations, and meetings without an agenda.

Today when you are looking at how you choose to spend your time as a sales leader, ensure you’re using it wisely. Pledge to work with your salespeople helping them become the best they can be: facilitate resolving customer issues, assist with deal strategy, and coach them!
