What is your objective today?

Don’t get caught up in all the things inside sales organizations measure! Instead remember the reason for doing each of those things.

Dialing the phone isn’t the final objective, but unless you dial – you will never move up the behavior pyramid. We have to have a good foundation before we build a pyramid.

People laugh when I say “talk to a human” – but that is the step BEFORE having a conversation (unless I’m the only one who has spoken with a live person without exchanging ideas… I didn’t think I was alone!).

See the progression? Today ask yourself what your objective is, THEN make sure you do all of the behaviors that will help get you there.
