Be Courageous!

Skateboarder Landing on Rail When is the last time you were courageous?

You know the last time you took a risk, when you weren’t sure you could land that big trick without falling?

If you aren’t taking risk – your team will shy away from them too. If you do fall, pick yourself up (picking out the gravel and wincing at the road rash), and ride away; how will they know what to do when they fall themselves?

It is up to you, to set the example, to be courageous – be willing to fall and get bruised, it is after all the only way we can succeed!

In order to land a big trick, you have to try it out and most people aren’t going to land it on the first try. They have to try… miss… try… fall… before they can try and then FLY. Landing the most spectacular trick in the park and having the opportunity to hear the cheers.

Make sure you’re building a team that has the opportunity to fall flat on their faces without fear, because they know on the way to sales success it is ok to get a few bruises. They know, because they see you doing it every day!
