Fifty Four Thirty One – what?

I love when my coaching clients come to me and are so excited when they figure it out for themselves!

Here is a perfect example of asking yourself a question then cracking open the egg and making your own omelet, it ends up tasting EXACTLY how you want.

Fifty Four Thirty One you may be thinking what I was thinking when she said “I figured it out! Fifty Four Thirty One.”… I guess I don’t even know what the question was.

It turns out the question was; how can I manage myself better and use the time I have to hit my personal goals this year. The answer is… you guessed it Fifty Four Thirty One.

I admit it, then I had to ask; what does Fifty Four Thirty One mean? It turns out it really is 50 – 4 – 30 – 1 or fifty dials, 4 new business opportunities, 30% phone time, 1 sale.

She had figured out that by tracking success markers daily, she was spending her time wisely and would reach her personal targets and goals for the year. I couldn’t have made her a breakfast that tasted better than the one she custom created for herself (hey I would have probably gone with pancakes vs. an omelet).

Which is why I leave you with this…. What question do you need to ask yourself today?
